Recently, good news came from the site of the Wanli New Energy Smart Land Port (hereinafter referred to as "Wanli Land Port") project in Ordos City. Our company's rail type container gantry crane has been delivered and put into use, which is another excellent container gantry crane work since the implementation of the boutique strategy in Henan mines. This demonstrates the increasing innovation and creativity of Henan mines, helping the project achieve an annual throughput of 5 million tons.The entire crane is equipped with Schneider variable frequency speed control and Siemens PLC control system, which have remote monitoring RCMS and operation functions. Based on this, an anti sway system and a truck anti lifting system are configured. Through automatic box searching and intelligent control, the crane can achieve zero monitoring and automatic guidance, ensuring accurate positioning of container lifting; Adapted to complex lifting stations, effectively improving the efficiency of container loading and unloading, and meeting the daily lifting and handling needs of Wanli Land Port.This project is a Ordos energy data platform built during the 14th Five Year Plan period, with Ordos Land Port as the core, which will drive the development of emerging logistics, equipment manufacturing, and related supporting industry clusters. The rail mounted container gantry crane tailored for Wanli Land Port by Henan Mining will greatly enhance the container freight capacity of the land port with high-quality product services and excellent container yard loading and unloading operations, providing technical and equipment support for its overall operation.
