It is specifically used for flipping, pouring mud, and lifting pipe segments during subway construction. The crane is composed of a gantry, a small car (equipped with a lifting mechanism, a small car running mechanism, and a hydraulic flipping mechanism), a large car running mechanism, a driver's cab, and electrical equipment. According to the different directions of soil pouring, the support leg structure can be divided into two forms: A-type and U-type. The operating mechanism of the crane adopts an 8-wheel 4-drive form and is equipped with windproof rail clamps. When the crane is operating normally, the clamps of the rail clamps leave the track.

This model of crane is a specialized gantry crane developed by our company based on the usage requirements and process conditions of subway construction, combined with a universal gantry crane. It is specifically used for flipping, pouring mud, and lifting pipe segments during subway construction.
The crane is composed of a gantry, a small car (equipped with a lifting mechanism, a small car running mechanism, and a hydraulic flipping mechanism), a large car running mechanism, a driver's cab, and electrical equipment.
According to the different directions of soil pouring, the support leg structure can be divided into two forms: A-type and U-type.
The operating mechanism of the crane adopts an 8-wheel 4-drive form and is equipped with a windproof rail clamp. When the crane is working normally, the clamp of the rail clamp leaves the track. When the crane stops working, the operator puts down the clamp and clamps the track to prevent the crane from sliding.
The lifting mechanism adopts a hanging beam as the lifting tool, and there is a freely rotating hook in the middle of the hanging beam, which is used for lifting pipe segments and other materials.
The car is equipped with a hydraulic flipping mechanism, which consists of a hydraulic workstation and a flipping hook. Before lifting the slag hopper with the hanging beam, the driver controls the action of the hydraulic flipping mechanism. The hydraulic cylinder pushes the flipping hook back to a specific position, and then the slag hopper rises above the flipping hook. The driver controls the flipping hook to move forward to the bottom of the slag hopper, and the slag hopper descends. The eccentric flipping shafts on both sides fall on the flipping hook and continue to descend. The slag hopper uses its own weight eccentricity to start flipping and complete the dumping work.
In order to meet the characteristics of short construction period and frequent replacement of construction sites in subway construction, our company has targeted the addition of variable span function on the main beam to facilitate the change of span after the replacement of construction sites.
At the same time, a turning soil dumping cart was developed to adjust the direction of soil dumping according to the position of the slag outlet. By using this small car, the construction party can equip a crane to achieve soil lifting and tipping in different slag discharge directions.
