The crane is automatically controlled by a computer in the central control room, and can automatically operate the reduction furnace and silicon rod tools from the reduction furnace platform, cleaning platform, transfer platform, rod dismantling tool and other positions according to the set work route.
The crane adopts a lightweight and maintenance free design, and a large amount of anti-static, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials are used. The wheels are made of stainless steel material, and stainless steel grooves are set on both sides of the track. The reducer is fully enclosed, highly sealed, and free of oil leakage and pollution. The explosion-proof motor with a high protection level and no fan is used. The double sealed brake can effectively prevent the leakage of pollution particles caused by transmission wear inside the motor. The fully enclosed design of the large vehicle wheel group, stainless steel wheels, and other components with high anti rust treatment on the surface can effectively prevent metal material rust pollution. Self lubricating fully sealed bearings avoid lubrication pollution.
The operation mechanism of the large and small vehicles adopts laser barcode positioning. The laser barcode positioning reader of the small vehicle is installed on the small vehicle, and the barcode strip is installed on the belly plate of the main beam of the large vehicle. The large vehicle positioning laser positioning reader is installed on the end beam, and the barcode strip is installed on the U-shaped groove for collecting powder chips.
The driving control has two operating modes:
(1) Automatic operation mode:
When on-site workers need to lift, they manually hook the lifting equipment on site through the explosion-proof remote control. After completion, they select the corresponding function through the explosion-proof remote control, and start running through sound and light alarm prompts. After the key points of operation are confirmed by the on-site operator using the explosion-proof remote control, the crane automatically reaches the target position directly above according to the pre-set path, and the action of lifting the reduction furnace or unloading tool is completed. After the action is completed, an alarm is triggered and the action is indicated as completed.
During the operation, if any problems are found, you can choose to pause. After the problem is resolved, press the continue button to continue execution. In the event of an emergency malfunction, the operation of the equipment can be stopped by selecting the emergency stop button on the remote control to avoid malfunctions.
(2) Manual operation mode
Rotate the selection switch of the explosion-proof control cabinet to the "manual" control mode, and on-site personnel can manually operate the crane through the explosion-proof button to control the manual operation of various mechanisms. The remote control and handle control are interlocked, and only one control method can be used at the same time.
