The lifting mechanism adopts a new type of electric hoist, which has a compact structure and is easy to maintain. The C-shaped structure adopts a parallel arrangement between the electric motor and the drum, with an integrated design of the electric motor, reducer, drum, and lifting limit switch. The main transmission components are all exposed, making it easy to install and maintain. The shell adopts a rod shaped frame structure, which connects the reducer and the electric control box with a round rod to form the main body of the hoist. By replacing different lengths of round rods, it can adapt to the needs of different drum lengths and lifting heights. The hanging car adopts a low building height side hanging form and is controlled by a frequency converter.

The overall optimization design of the walking mechanism adopts a three in one driving device, variable frequency speed regulation, and has the advantages of compact structure, low noise, and maintenance free operation.
The lifting adopts a squirrel cage dual speed motor, and the operation of large and small cars adopts a variable frequency speed control motor.The electrical connection adopts international standard heavy-duty aviation plugs with a protection level of IP65, which have the characteristics of fast insertion and removal, reliable connection, etc.
The crane is operated by a manual electric door on the ground, which is separated from the electric hoist and suspended on the main beam through a sliding rail system for free movement.
