Aerated concrete crane is a specialized crane used to lift concrete molds and billets. It consists of four parts: a box shaped bridge, a crane operating mechanism, a lifting mechanism, and electrical equipment. In conjunction with specialized lifting tools, it completes the flipping, opening, and demolding of molds. The lifting mechanism is fixed between two main beams and consists of an electric motor, a reducer, a brake, a drum, and a guide pulley. The steel wire rope is wound out of the drum, and is wound onto the pulleys on the lifting device by the pulleys fixed on the bridge or trolley at both ends, forming double lifting points. The operation mechanism of the large vehicle adopts a separate driving form, with a conical motor for braking and an open gear transmission. The operating motor can be selected according to user requirements with soft start motor and variable frequency speed regulation, ensuring smooth starting and safe and reliable operation of the crane.
