This crane is one of the largest explosion-proof crane equipment in China, used in the aerospace industry. It consists of two 160t explosion-proof lifting carts, a heavy-duty bridge, and a three in one transport drive. The dual trolley can synchronously lift and lower, achieving synchronous lifting and workpiece flipping operations. It has an explosion-proof grade of DIICT4 and is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB national standards and FEM European standards, combined with the new crane design concept. The whole vehicle has a hard tooth reducer, variable frequency drive, multiple safety protections, simple structure, and low energy consumption for environmental protection. Can be applied to various explosion-proof or other environments with high safety requirements.
