Lanzhou International Port Area Project
A rail mounted container gantry crane designed and manufactured for Lanzhou International Port Area. The Lanzhou International Port Area is a comprehensive logistics center connecting Central Asia, West Asia, and European markets, and an important support point for promoting the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt. This machine adopts the A8 working system, which can meet the requirements of working on site 24/7 and in all seasons. From control software to load-bearing hardware, it embodies the craftsmanship and wisdom of miners. It has the following characteristics: fast operating speed, and lifting efficiency is 50% higher than ordinary U-shaped gantry cranes. Baosteel Zhanjiang Project
Since 2014, Henan Mining has carefully manufactured 71 sets of lifting equipment for Baosteel Zhanjiang Steel Cold Rolling 2030 Project and 1550 Project. Among them, all 15 cranes in the post rolling warehouse and finished product storage area adopt unmanned new technology, which can achieve functions such as three-dimensional positioning of cranes, automatic searching and loading and unloading, and is also an important component of Baosteel's WMS (warehouse management system). In 2016, it was awarded the title of "Excellent Supplier" by Baosteel Group. The construction and operation concept of "simplicity, efficiency, low cost, and high quality" in the Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Three High Furnace System project, as well as the new standard of ultra-low emissions throughout the entire process, have put forward high requirements for the energy-saving and efficient operation of lifting equipment. Our company has carried out tailor-made optimization design for this and has once again deepened cooperation with Baosteel Group Zhanjiang Iron and Steel, signing contracts for 9 double beam bridge cranes for the three cold rolling projects.
Clean and explosion-proof fully automatic crane
A clean and explosion-proof fully automatic crane developed and produced for the semiconductor grade polycrystalline silicon project of Jiangsu Xinhua Semiconductor Materials Technology Co., Ltd. To meet the production process requirements, the crane can automatically operate the reduction furnace and silicon rod tools from the reduction furnace platform, cleaning platform, transfer platform, rod dismantling tool and other positions according to the set work route, and accurately locate them. A (8+8) t intelligent storage crane designed and manufactured for the unmanned cold storage project of the "Garlic Tongxia" industrial park of Shandong Lingdong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. This crane has the following characteristics: large span, long running distance, high lifting height, fast running speed, electrical anti roll, multiple positioning points, high accuracy, automatic positioning, grabbing and stacking. Adopting a manual/remote control+semi-automatic+fully automatic control system, it can be connected to the backend database for remote monitoring and intelligent management. High density warehousing saves space, centralized refrigeration, and saves electricity and energy. Lahore Rail Transit Orange Line Project in Pakistan
The Lahore Metro Orange Line project in Pakistan is an early harvest and demonstration project of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor. The successful implementation and smooth operation of the project will be of great significance to both China and Pakistan. It is a large-scale rail transit project launched under the framework of the "the Belt and Road" and the China Pakistan Economic Corridor. The main line of the Orange Line project is approximately 25.58 kilometers long, with a total of 26 stations, including 24 elevated stations and 2 underground stations. We have provided 32 sets of various types of lifting equipment for the vehicle depot and parking lot of the project, for vehicle maintenance and debugging.
Krasnodar Port Project in Russia
The Krasnodar Port in Russia is located in the southern part of Russia. Due to its high latitude, severe cold climate, and long winter in the Siberian region, special considerations need to be made in the design and selection of the steel structure, mechanical components, and electrical equipment of the crane, so that it can work normally in a low temperature environment of -40 ℃.
